Located in the seaside town of Morfa Bychan, home to the famous ‘black rock sands beach’, set on a small hill in a secluded and private 4-acre woodland plot overlooking the golf course and the sea and the beach in the distance. The cottage is a mere 10-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the convenience store and a chippy, and a 5-10 minute drive to Porthmadog town, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Go Outdoors and Sport Direct.

Porthmadog is in the heart of Snowdon, with 80-90% of the Snowdon mountain range within 30 minutes of driving distance (Rhyd Ddu, Ranger & Watkin Paths to Snowdon). Attractions such as Porthmadog Heritage Railway, unique Portmeirion Village, Criccieth Castle and Harlech Castle, to name a few, are all within 10-30 minutes driving distance.

Don’t worry about the British weather, if you have been out all day, enjoy the evening looking out at the fabulous view, enjoying a drink either in the comfort of the conservatory or outside on the patio. If you can’t get out, stay in, enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine and look out of the window to the sea in the comfort of a well-furnished cottage with WIFI, Netflix and prime TV or books to keep you occupied.
